What is the difference between Affiliate and Connect?
With Affiliate, Letisim sells to the traveller, takes payment, delivers the eSIM, supports buyers and handles refunds. You earn commission. With Connect, you buy eSIMs wholesale and manage the customer sale and service. You earn margin.
Can I use my own brand?
Storefronts and embedded interfaces can be discussed with your branding. Branding is separate from the payment model: the legal seller is still identified at checkout and in purchase documents.
How does the traveller pay?
With Affiliate, travellers pay Letisim through a link or the configured checkout. With Connect, you take payment through your own methods and buy eSIMs from Letisim. A QR link leads to checkout; Tap to Pay and physical terminals depend on country, device and the agreed setup.
What are the commission and payout terms?
Rates, purchase attribution and payout schedules depend on the agreed programme. Review your workspace terms or confirm them with the team before launch.
